In 1985, Henry L. "Tim" Harvey graduated Magna Cum Laude from Bluefield State College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Mr. Harvey then received the degree of Doctor of Jurisprudence upon graduating from West Virginia University College of Law in 1989. After passing the bar that same year, Mr. Harvey began a successful solo practice in Princeton, West Virginia. In 1991, Thomas M. Janutolo, Jr., joined Mr. Harvey in the establishment of Harvey and Janutolo Law Offices.
While attending law school, Mr. Harvey worked in the Monongalia County Prosecutor's office, under the supervision of Susan Tucker, the county prosecutor, who later became Circuit Court judge of Monongalia County. Before attaining his undergraduate degree and attending law school, Mr. Harvey worked for years in the farming, timber and construction industries, gaining life experience, all of which helps him understand and better serve the needs of his clients.
In the many years since law school, Mr. Harvey has represented thousands of clients in bankruptcy proceedings, Social Security Disability claims, personal injury claims, people charged with crimes, civil proceedings for both plaintiffs and defendants, people needing a will, a deed, a power of attorney as well as the preparation of other legal documents.
